Rescheduling of the Bizarre Festival

The Bizarre Festival quickly grew from its humble beginnings in 1987 into a large event that ultimately lasted three days. When the co-organizer Concert Cooperation Bonn filed for bankruptcy in 2003 and the name holder Peter Rieger Konzertagentur restructured, the event was canceled in 2004 and 2005. This was set to change the following year, as preparations were already in full swing. However, fans have been disappointed once again. Since not enough of the hoped-for headliners could be booked definitively, the Bizarre Festival has been postponed to 2007 for now. With a streamlined program, they do not want to devalue this renowned name, but promise to do much better in 2007. At least there is now enough time for that.
