"Projektgruppe - Die Band" informs

It has been 8 years since the three musicians from Lemgo, who played over 100 concerts in Germany and neighboring countries with their former bands "Non Conform" and "Schandfleck" in the 90s, have been quiet. Now, Sascha "Huebschke" Mischke, Jens "Eule" Lampe, and Karsten "Kassi" Trachte are back with their new band: "Projektgruppe - Die Band". They have not been forgotten, as evidenced by the over 300 "likes" in the Lippe Open Air voting on Facebook, which catapulted the band to first place among the 12 finalists. The three Lippers have only been rehearsing in this formation for a year. Sascha: "It's incredible how our old and new fans support us, especially since we only have 2 homemade videos from the rehearsal room on YouTube, and yet the response to our new project is overwhelming." After intensive rehearsals, the three are now in the studio to release their first four songs on the internet. Jens: "We have now fished out our best songs from our program and recorded them in a well-known studio within 4 days. Now the four songs are being mixed and should be released on the internet later this week." Before the band contest for the Lippe Open Air on June 1st at the Lemgo "Kesselhaus", "Projektgruppe - Die Band" will play their very first gig in Schloss Holte - Stukenbrock. Karsten: "We are already a bit excited. After all, our last concerts were over 8 years ago, and now we are competing with 8 other bands for the last free spot for the big Holter Meeting on May 19th in Schloss Holte." The three Lemgoers aim to place in the top three with their self-titled "Love-Punk-Rock" at both band contests and hope for strong support from the fans in Lippe.
