After concluding their anniversary year 2011 with a CD production, several concerts, and not least the big anniversary concert in Remchingen and the traditional Christmas concert, there was nothing to hear from Across The Border in 2012. But it won't be a year without a concert. On November 17, 2012, the folk punks will grace the Karlsruhe Substage, with the folk rockers "The Krusty Moors" supporting.

This concert marks the end of the band's second creative phase, followed by another break for an indefinite time. Due to professional and personal circumstances, continuing the band is currently not possible. This sounds very similar to a statement made a few years ago, when they returned relatively soon after. So let's hope that this is not the final farewell.
