There are music genres where sexism and homophobia are almost considered the norm. According to the Irie Révoltés, this practice is also widespread in reggae, which is why the band often struggles to perform at reggae events. Instead of simply staying away, they have now decided to take a stand. To this end, the campaign Make some noise has been launched, aiming to make it clear to everyone with T-shirts, stickers, banners, and flags that the Révoltés will no longer tolerate homophobia and are determined to change the scene.
