Three decades after their epitaph debut “Esteem Driven Engine”, PULLEY are releasing new music: On November 13, 2026, the two-song 7″ “Rise of the Underdog” will be released via Negative Progression Records. It includes “Best Kept Secret” and “Fade”.
The skatepunks from Southern California are combining the anniversary occasion with a forward-looking perspective. “Best Kept Secret” is about being underestimated and finding one’s worth independent of attention or status, according to singer Scott Radinsky. “Fade” deals with an uncertain future and the courage to keep moving forward despite that.
A music video for “Best Kept Secret” has also been announced, which is set to premiere on BlankTV. A date for that is still pending.
With “Rise of the Underdog”, PULLEY are building on the two singles released in 2025, “Torn Apart By Time” and “Write A Note If You Leave”.
