On August 28, 2026, the new concept album "Dark Asylum" by KAMELOT will be released via Napalm Records. Just in time for the release, the US symphonic metal formation serves up a final taste with the single "Sanctuary," featuring a prominent vocal trio: frontman Tommy Karevik is joined by Clémentine Delauney (Visions of Atlantis) and Ignacia Fernández (Decessus / Miss World Chile).
Thematically, the album dives into a dark, neo-Victorian world surrounding the fictional sanatorium RavenHill, where science, faith, and madness collide. Musically, KAMELOT weaves familiar earworm hooks with massive orchestral drama. In addition to Delauney and Fernández, listeners can expect further prominent guest contributions, including Avantasia frontman Tobias Sammet and Lea-Sophie Fischer (Eluveitie).
Alongside the album release, a comprehensive world tour kicks off on August 28 in Orlando (Florida). In late autumn 2026, KAMELOT will come to Europe for several shows together with Exit Eden and Temperance.
