Two years after their Interferer EP, the Hamburg post-punk/indie formation Billy Zach returns with solid news: Their new album "A Little Hope" will be released on October 30, 2026, via La Pochette Surprise Records. As a first taste, the band released the new single "Out of Time" along with a lyrics video on August 26, 2026.
Despite the album title, the quartet does not serve up premature feelings of happiness. The nine live-recorded tracks revolve around the very last straw just before giving up. Thematically, the album addresses failed therapy attempts ("Therapy"), societal fears ("German Angst"), and false ideals ("Ideals"). Sonically, powerful noise from loud guitars, furious vocals, and driving bass collide with catchy hooks and warm chorus passages.
