What began on July 13, 2001, in Eislingen an der Fils with a first performance is today one of the most enduring, successful, and simultaneously likable punk rock institutions in Germany. With unbridled energy, a lot of humor, and a distinctive sense for great melodies, ITCHY played their way from the first youth center concerts to the big stages across Europe.
Just in time for their 25th band anniversary, the red carpet is being rolled out for the tenth studio album "Happy Little Accidents," which will be released on October 16, 2026, via the band's own label Findaway Records.
Album #10 shows that the band sees the first quarter-century more as a casual warm-up. Since their founding in 2001, ITCHY has stood for energetic songs with great melodies and a clear stance, and the new album is bursting with raw sound between punk rock and alternative.
Starting Friday, July 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the album will be available for pre-order in various formats through the band's shop. A first limited pressing is already sold out.

Early on, Sibbi, Panzer, and Max decided to uncompromisingly go their own way: without huge marketing budgets, but with tireless work, seemingly endless joy of playing, and a loyal fan community behind them. Over the years, the three-man band developed into an impressive live phenomenon: well over 1000 concerts in more than 20 countries and a reputation for shows that are equally precise, captivating, humorous, and emotional. The band manages the rare balancing act between punk rock attitude, melodic catchiness, and a clear stance on social and political issues.
Musically, ITCHY has continuously evolved, releasing new records with consistent regularity and creating anthems that have long become an integral part of the German music landscape.
Despite the long band history, ITCHY has never stood still.
