Good news for all fans of classic blues and psychedelic rock: the British rock icons Ten Years After will release a comprehensive Deluxe Edition of their masterpiece "Cricklewood Green" on August 28, 2026.
Originally released in 1970 – shortly after their legendary performance at the Woodstock Festival – the album showcases the band at the absolute peak of their creativity. With songs like "Sugar The Road" and their Top 10 hit "Love Like A Man", the quartet ventured far beyond traditional blues paths into experimental and progressive realms.
The upcoming reissue has been completely remastered at the renowned Air Studios in London. In addition to the sonically polished original album, the Deluxe Edition comes with some real treasures:
Unreleased material: The "Cricklewood Jam" features a previously unknown instrumental demo straight from the album sessions at the time.
Live from the Fillmore East: The second CD/LP contains a complete live set, newly mixed by Charlie Russell, from the legendary New York club on February 27, 1970 – including an epic eleven-minute version of their classic "I'm Going Home".
Bonus content: The package is rounded off with new liner notes and rare, partly unseen archival photos.
The release will be available on 28.08.2026 as 2CD, 2LP, and digitally through Chrysalis Records / Bertus.
