Recently, a campaign for an Autonomous Center has begun in Darmstadt. About 200 people participated in the first action, an RTS party in the city center on April 12, throughout the evening. Nevertheless, the party was dissolved by the police around 1:00 AM (indymedia report: http://de.indymedia.org/2008/04/213319.shtml). The campaign will now continue with a night dance demo, similar to the one in Frankfurt. This is set to start on May 24 at 8:00 PM at Darmstadt Central Station.
More information will be available (soon) at http://www.azdarmstadt.blogsport.de. There you will also find the call for the campaign. It would be great if you could support this by name with your respective groups (there is a contact form on the website) and if you could spread the date of the demo on your homepages, mailing lists, etc. And of course, we hope to see everyone at the demo on the 24th.
