The Cologne post-punk indie band STRESS will release their new single "Puls" on June 19th. The nearly two-minute track is an unembellished burst of energy and lives up to both the band name and the song title.
The song represents a furious all-out attack against macho men, rent sharks, right-wing ideologies, and regressive attitudes. At the same time, it serves as an announcement for their second album "Im Innern", which is set to be released in the fall.
"Puls" describes exactly what the title suggests: How can you still watch the news these days without your pulse racing? Almost everyone knows that feeling.
