BIG D AND THE KIDS TABLE have released a new album, "The Good Ole American Saturday Night." The Boston ska-punk band brings their first full-length release in several years and opens new chapters in the genre through SideOneDummy Records.
Produced by Joe Gittleman (The Mighty Mighty Bosstones) and Matt Appleton (Reel Big Fish), the album moves between fast ska-punk, reggae grooves, catchy choral pieces, and reflective song arrangements. Lyrically, it deals with individuality, connection, and creativity.
The singles "Whiplash," "Right Now," and "Scatterbrain" were already available in advance.
The album is available digitally, on CD, and in three limited vinyl variants: Red & Blue Splatter, Blue Dream Splash, and Cotton Candy Splash.
BIG D AND THE KIDS TABLE (Dave McWane – Vocals, Alex Stern – Guitar, Ben Basile – Bass, Alex Brander – Drums, Ryan O'Connor – Tenor Sax, Logan La Barbera – Trombone, Paul Halpainy – Trombone, Matt Appleton – Saxophone, Casey Gruttadauria – Organ) have been active in ska-punk for over 30 years.
