"Give me a little positive vibe, then I can keep going..." – this was the inspiration for the song "Give Me Some PMA" (PMA = Positive Mental Attitude). Flo LeBeau wanted to write a song about the power of thoughts, had a first framework with verses and chorus, but something was still missing. So he asked his friend Uli Sailor ("Punkrockpiano" from Berlin) if he would like to help out with piano and vocals. The response came quickly: Uli not only sent over the piano demos but also a second verse.
Flo noticed that Uli was currently on the road with Wick Bambix, and one thing led to another: "Why not ask Wick if she would like to sing a third verse?" She agreed – and thus "Give Me Some PMA" became a song co-written and sung by three musicians from three countries.

Musically, the single combines driving folk-punk with piano melodies and multi-part vocals. The song exemplifies the upcoming debut album "Epilepsy" by Flo LeBeau, which connects personal themes with catchy indie and punk influences.
In May 2026, Flo LeBeau, Uli Sailor, and Wick Bambix will perform together on stage for the first time, playing three concerts in Switzerland; details below.
On the album "Epilepsy," Flo LeBeau processes concrete personal experiences with his epilepsy condition. He aims to contribute to reducing the stigma faced by those affected.
