Barks, known as a pioneer of the DOOM TRAP genre - a mix of trap, industrial, and metal - channels her raw emotions and sonic intensity in this homage to one of the most emotional anthems of nu-metal.

Originally released in 2001, "Crawling" showcased the inner torment of the late Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, and Mimi's version preserves that torment while simultaneously reinterpreting it through her uniquely raw, atmospheric style. With haunting textures, impressive beats, and vocals, the track feels less like a cover and more like its own interpretation - conjuring the pain and unhealed scars that remain decades later.
