"Empowerment" is HEAVEN SHALL BURN's new anthem for (self-) empowerment and solidarity, aiming to inspire us to create a better future for the next generations. The accompanying video, captured by their long-time photographer Giacomo "xjoshx" Giorgi, takes us on their last tour through South America and showcases some personal and, above all, unforgettable moments with the band and their fans.
The band states: "With this song, we want to make it clear that justified anger and aggression in the face of many current problems should not lead to engaging in useless discussions, self-destructive frustration, and fights over unimportant side issues. Rather, it is about gathering one's strength and transforming that energy into a positive, forward-looking drive that can inspire others and thus be capable of making a difference! If you want to change something, start with yourself! The old ruling men do not fear the backward-looking grumbling at the dimly lit regulars' table, but the good ideas of people who march together through the streets under the spring sun."
