ILLEGALE FARBEN released the single "Untergang" on April 25, 2025, which is being released by Rookie/The Orchard.
Hard times give birth to heavy songs, and Illegale Farben delivers another dose with “Untergang” in response to the current news situation. Following the success of last year's album “Monte Fiasko,” the post-punk band from Cologne is already moving forward, this time onto the slippery slope. Because there, the daily downfall awaits: on the foundation of a gravity-laden bass line, only framed by guitars and choirs, the band stoically faces the daily disasters. While Illegale Farben were on the brink of post-punk and (New)NDW with Monte Fiasko, we are now already a step further.
