“Your friends buy crypto, mine go for a walk!”
For almost two decades, Destination Anywhere has been on stages across the Federal Republic, delivering hot club and ecstatic festival shows. In 2025, they sound fresher & more energetic than ever before!
A driving brass section surfs on a fat guitar riff, lands in a rapped verse, and escalates in a lively chorus where everything the seven members of the band have to offer is thrown forward.
Lyrically, the band offers a heartfelt embrace for those who don’t want to cater to the unempathetic, elbow-throwing society that casts an even more threatening shadow over the subcultures and alternative scenes of the world in 2025 than in previous years: “my friends are messed up in the head and physically damaged, but at least my friends are not like you! My girlfriends are aggressive, angry like a bull, and all my girlfriends are not like you!”
The song was produced by the production team David Bonk and Julia Bergen (including Zartmann, Berq & Paula Hartmann), who let the band’s unbridled live energy shine & sparkle like never before.
The band has been part of Dackelton Records since 2025.
“Canned beer at the campsite, you laugh so much you almost throw up!” - with this soundtrack in the favorite playlist, you can hardly wait to jump in the car or on the train with your best friends and head to the nearest independent festival with a tent under your arm! Is it finally time to go?
The new single “Party & Randale” by Destination Anywhere has already been released.
