The rising punk rock band Winona Fighter is excited to release the brand new music video for their hit single "HAMMS IN A GLASS" from their upcoming debut album MY APOLOGIES TO THE CHEF.

"The music video for 'HAMMS IN A GLASS' is just as chaotic as the song," says frontwoman and multi-instrumentalist Coco Kinnon. "The film was shot completely in one take and was a kind of "jump into the deep end." Jake Johnston from We're All Gonna Die did a fantastic job directing, as we tried something different with each take."
She continues: "Something really special about this music video is that it feels like a callback to our first and only music video that we shot before the song 'You Look Like A Drunk Phoebe Bridgers' - a one-take video made with quite a bit of pocket change. It was so cool to develop the concept while keeping it flexible and fun."
The Nashville-based punk band led by the electrifying Coco Kinnon is breathing new life into the revitalized punk scene and is dedicated to creating punk music that is accessible and acceptable to all music lovers who want to listen.
Kinnon’s early acquaintance with the Boston punk rock scene was the catalyst for her current sound and stage presence. Moving to Nashville posed the challenge of conveying the power of thrash melodies to all music lovers. After lead guitarist Dan Fuson was recruited, they welcomed Austin Luther (bass/producer) into the freshly formed family to meet their demands for punchy songs and intense live shows.
The band is known for their energetic live performances. Their shows are a place where all bullshit and egos are left at the door - everyone is welcome, equal, and must get on their feet. Recently, they opened for bands like Incubus, Motion City Soundtrack, Badflower, and Something Corporate, and played several sets at Bonnaroo 2023, with more festival appearances to follow.
Earlier this year, Winona Fighter took SXSW by storm, followed by a full US tour with Bayside, Finch, and Armor For Sleep.
