Social Distortion was founded as rebellious teenage punks in the working-class suburb of Fullerton, California, and survived their turbulent youth to develop an undeniably unique, honest, and fiery brand of rock 'n' roll that incorporates outlaw country, classic punk from the seventies, and original blues.
Seven studio albums and countless electrifying live shows have earned the band a loyal global fanbase and a catalog of timeless anthems like "Story Of My Life," "Ball And Chain," "Prison Bound," and others.
The band's latest release, "Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes," debuted at number 3 on the local longplay charts and remained in the hit list for weeks. Social D celebrated their 40th anniversary in 2019.
