Fresh off a month-long co-headliner tour across the USA, the band Magnolia Park from Orlando is ushering in a new era with their electrifying banger "The Void." The dark lyrics of the new song describe the constant struggle against depression and the cycle of isolation that culminates in "The Void."
Out of love for the supernatural and macabre, guitarists Tristan Torres and Freddie Criales ventured into the "Devils Den" with an acoustic guitar: a cold, dark, enchanted cave in Williston, Florida. Under the influence of the ominous energy they felt deep within the cave, they collaboratively wrote the demo that would become "The Void." With the addition of pounding drums, aggressive distortion, and the hypnotic vocals of Joshua Roberts, the song and its accompanying music video are a manifestation of the "twisted inner self that the mind can lead you to."
