WONACH WIR SUCHEN with new video for the single "DA DRAUSSEN"
Artists and bands often say that things should end with a big bang - wonach wir suchen simply returns with a bang. Almost four years after the last album "laute Pfade leise Sohlen" - the first with a full band lineup - 'Da draußen' is released as the first single from the upcoming album 'Mauern'. And it bangs in the best sense.
While the verse still sounds a bit like the guitarists from Turbostaat sneaked into the studio, it becomes clear in the chorus - this is wonach wir suchen - as a band. The lineup from the last album has been maintained, yet this sounds different from what the band has released so far.
Lyrically, it warns - unfortunately becoming more current and important by the day - of the wolves that scream outside. Again and again, there is the pleading, almost lamenting cry from singer Pirr, to "not conform". A plea to not be swayed by the ideas of those who offer seemingly simple solutions.
