So it is with 100 KILO HERZ and to get straight to the point, this record, these 11 songs, these 31 minutes are the summer hit of 2019!!! With 0 misses, a fantastic debut album, which was already released independently in autumn 2018, but now thanks to the Bakraufartita Records label will become known beyond the borders of Leipzig. Social-political themes are also sung about - from Nazis, love, music (-careers) to the small and big problems in small vs. big cities - and for that, they even travel from Leipzig to Düsseldorf for a FCK AFD festival. 100 kHz thumbs up!
This CD is definitely on repeat in my car (almost, only interrupted by traffic reports / speed traps)... And probably all summer long - summer, palm trees, sunshine - "far away from home" is / will be the summer hit of 2019 and is a must-buy! But not as a download or stream, buy the CD or the vinyl, because the 16-page booklet deserves to be honored!
