Ash released a wonderful homage to the pubs, bars, and live venues that had to close during the Corona period with "Usual Places" on August 16, 2023.

"Originally written as a tribute to long-forgotten bars and faces when I left New York, 'Usual Places' took on an additional meaning when we worked together again for the first time after the lockdown," says singer Tim Wheeler. "Beneath the surface of the joy of writing and playing together again, there is a subconscious sadness for all that was lost during those years. Friends and family, pubs and venues. This is our eulogy for them all. It is no coincidence that the video was filmed at the Marquis of Lorne, just a stone's throw from the Brixton Academy."
The new Ash album "Race The Night" will be released on September 16, 2023.
Starting in November, Ash will be on tour in a double bill with The Subways.
The tour dates are as follows:
20.11.2023 Frankfurt, Das Bett
21.11.2023 Cologne, Bürgerhaus Stollwerck
23.11.2023 Hanover, Faust
30.11.2023 Berlin, Kesselhaus
