JERA ON AIR 2023 WITH A SIGNIFICANT LINEUP EXPANSION. FLOGGING MOLLY, PAPA ROACH, GOGOL BORDELLO, BILLY TALENT, ENTER SHIKARI AND OTHERS LIVE IN YSSELSTEYN
The friendly JERA ON AIR festival in the nearby border region confirms a whole series of new names for the 2023 edition.
In addition to already announced highlights such as PARKWAY DRIVE, RANCID, HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD, LORNA SHORE, or THE GHOST INSIDE, attendees can look forward to performances from none other than Flogging Molly, Gogol Bordello, Enter Shikari, Chelsea Grin, Candy, LionHeart, End, and Dreamshade on June 22, 23, and 24. Ghøstkid, Touché Amoré, Defeater, Ways Away, March, Paledusk, Trash Boat, Sleep Token, The Bennies, and Unity TX will also be traveling to Ysselsteyn.

With their highly successful mix of Irish folk and punk, Flogging Molly has been attracting numerous fans to festival grounds and concert halls for decades. And let's be honest: Who doesn't know every word of hits like "Lullabies" and "Devil's Dance Floor"? The same can be said for the hits of Papa Roach. "Cut my life into pieces, this is my last resort": Which millennium punk kid hasn't grown up with the opening lines of "Last Resort," one of the mega-hits of the American legends? Their album "Infest," which features this gem, has achieved cult status. Papa Roach will be eager to show at Jera On Air 2023 why that is.
Fans of infectious, classic punk rock will also get their money's worth with legends like Rancid, and the news that Billy Talent is coming to Ysselsteyn will surely spark excitement. The Canadians, whose hits like 'Fallen Leaves', 'Red Flag', and 'Rusted from the Rain' can be found in every decent punk playlist, recently released their new album "Crisis Of Faith," which promptly climbed to the top position of the German longplay charts.
It seems that 2023 will be a big year for Gypsy punk. And why? Simply put: Because Gogol Bordello is back on tour. With band members almost all hailing from Eastern Europe, they know how to convey the Gypsy feeling with their songs like no one else. This not only guarantees an energetic show full of great sing-along moments but also a sweating crowd in the tent. Standing still will be a challenge here.
