After releasing their debut album in the early 2010s and playing at events such as "70000 Tons of Metal" and the METALDAYS festival in Slovenia, things became a bit quiet for Rising Storm.
Changing lineups led to a rethinking. The shared musical visions were realigned and the songwriting was further developed. Since then, RISING STORM has been working on their second major release "State Of Being ..." which will be released in autumn 2022.
Amorphous is the second single from the album. A new video for it has now been released. The band about the song:
"The formlessness of the title is reflected in the atypical structure of the song. It is precisely this formlessness that a person experiences between life and death.
It speaks of the body's ability to emit substances in the struggle for survival, to make special life circumstances as pleasant and painless as possible.
This can have an addictive character. The person loses touch with reality and physically and psychologically wavers between life and death.
Whether life prevails or death gains the upper hand sometimes depends on the strength of the spirit, which desperately clings to reality."
