ZSK - HASSLIEBE (Music Video)

Digital dependency, endless data theft, and a lot of hate. The title track of the new ZSK album deals with the darkest sides of the virtual world. "Of course, we are happy that billions of people around the world could theoretically listen to our songs for free with a click," says singer Joshi. "But the fact that all these anonymous trolls can spread their poison online every day with their hate campaigns of all kinds is the downside of it." ZSK knows what they are talking about. The four Berliners have been accustomed to death threats from neo-Nazis for years, but the flood of hate postings in the summer of 2020 after the song "Ich habe Besseres Zu Tun" about Prof. Christian Drosten surpassed everything. The band suddenly received endless messages and comments from the radical conspiracy theorist milieu. "We could laugh about most of it," says Joshi. "But there were also messages like 'You damned Jews will hang from the next tree on day X' and similar things." The song "HassLiebe" is a reckoning with the dark corners of the internet and the digitized world. Hard mosh parts alternate with a anthemic chorus that sticks in your ear. With unusually hard riffs and strong vocals, ZSK showcases another facet of their musical talent without compromising. "HassLiebe" is the second single from the new ZSK album "Hass↯Liebe," which will be released on 10.02.2023. Pre-orders for the record are already underway. CD – Vinyl – digital and fan boxes.
