On August 11, 1978, SO36 opened with the two-day "MAUERBAU FESTIVAL" - Two quirky German nights in the southeast. That was a whole 36 years ago. A great opportunity to celebrate our very special birthday.

Additionally, on the occasion of the anniversary, the famous corridor of SO36, currently consisting of 30m of brutal pragmatism, will be transformed into a street art gallery and opened on August 7 (loudly / festively / secretly, quietly and softly).
Next door, in the Galerie Krüger & Knoth, an exhibition on "36 Years of SO36" will open on August 9, featuring originals from four decades, listening stations, audios, and videos. Right after that, the old D-Punk heroes TOXOPLASMA will perform live at SO36.
