A little insight:
Currently, we are:
6 founders (people from Göttingen, Bochum, and Rosdorf)
2 supporters who are seriously involved in the founding process
Additionally: Several undecided individuals who participate in the meetings more or less regularly
-- a mixed form of communal living and housing (for example, a farm, estate, etc.).
-- Co-living with dogs, cats, and other animals should be possible
-- We want a large project with at least 50 people
-- Not a collective. There can be different living and working groups on the premises
-- A regular large meeting of all living and working groups should take place to exchange ideas, organize, and solve problems
-- Interact without hierarchy
-- Break down hierarchies and make ourselves aware of them
-- Reflect on ourselves (regularly as a group, also while living together)
-- Handle conflicts consciously, meaning no "prohibition of disputes," but also no dominance behavior
-- Have informal transparency
-- Strive to be non-dogmatic
-- When we live together, no one should feel unable to develop freely.
-- Part of the project should be public: concert space, event spaces, etc...
-- The project should be as self-managed as possible, and as far as we can all manage and want, independent from the state
-- Private areas should be available for those who want them,
-- however, kitchens, common rooms, workshops should be open
-- Children must be able to live there
-- The premises should be designed so that people in wheelchairs can easily access all rooms.
-- The project should be realizable within three years.
-- The exact location of the project is not yet determined.
-- Maximum 10 kilometers from a larger city.
