On All Saints' Day 2013 (this time on November 1st), a new album by Fettes Brot will be released after a 5-year studio break. Björn Beton, Dokter Renz, and König Boris have remained just as fresh and different as one would expect from the "best band on Earth". It will also be hot, and in the spirit of Andy Warhol:
"3 is ne Party".
It features 13 new motherfegers, which the group Fettes Brot will present to the hyped mob - alongside evergreens, world hits, and specialties from their 3-thumb-thick songbook - on a tour through Germany and neighboring countries in early 2014. All of this will be delivered with 'minimal music served maximally' by an ultra-tight four-piece band, which has been put together from the old guard and new friends between Copenhagen, Hamburg, and Giessen:
Arne Diedrichson, Bass (FB, Der König tanzt),
DJ exel.Pauly, Sampler, Cuts & Geklöppel (FB, Deine Freunde),
Janus Nevel-Ringsted, Drums (Spleen United, Der König tanzt) and
Taco van Hettinga, Keys, Buttons & Geklöppel (FB, Boy).
This time, the choice of the young man to join them on the road (after The Orsons and Kraftklub in 2010) fell on the mini-Rick Rubin, uh, excuse me: MC Fitti.
If they throw a party, you can come ... and indeed here:
