RICK BARTON (DROPKICK MURPHYS) ON TOUR WITH NEW BAND

In the punk rock scene in Boston, he is known like a colorful dog:
Rick Barton has not only co-founded legendary bands like the Dropkick Murphys,
Everybody's Out
and The Outlets, but he has also produced the latest albums of the
Street Dogs.

At the proud age of 54, Rick Barton is finally returning to Europe.
Under the name "Continental," there is not only the unmistakably honest songwriting
of punk rock titans but also a backing band that averages
19 years old - and thus
in the States, they wouldn't even be able to drink a beer. Leading the way: Rick's
son Stephen on bass.

Musically, Continental is a down-to-earth, earthy folk,
country, and acoustic band,
from which you can still sense the punk rock socialization. The sound is
wonderfully unfashionable,
timelessly old-fashioned and thus interesting not only for Dropkick Murphys fans,
but also
for friends of Bob Dylan and The Pogues.

The unusual father/son combo is going on tour for an impressive 8 (!) weeks
and will release a new album titled "All A Man Can Do" on Flix Records (distribution: Cargo Records)
at the start of the tour,
which will include 3 Europe-exclusive bonus songs.

You can pre-order "All A Man Can Do" on CD from Flix Records:
