The French punk band BURNING LADY was formed in 2008 in Lille and consists of singer Sophie, bassist Alex, guitarist Mulder, and drummer Thomas. The band quickly became an absolute insider tip in the French punk rock scene with their street punk sound. Additionally, their energetic and passionate performances earned them a reputation as a very good live band, allowing them to easily secure many support slots, including with THE VIBRATORS, DEADLINE, CIVET, INNER TERRESTRIALS, and many more. In 2009, BURNING LADY released their debut EP "Wasted Time" independently and received great feedback across Europe. Female vocals combined with fast American-influenced street punk reminiscent of the best times of Hell-Cats. Fans of RANCID, THE DISTILLERS, DEADLINE, or even LUNACHICKS will truly enjoy it.
