The month of October lies ahead of us with three major concerts – for plan1, it is also the month of references, e.g., with Brian Auger. For those few who do not know him (okay, most probably do not know him): This guy made the Hammond organ fashionable. He had a band with Rod Stewart back in the 60s, performed with people like Eric Burdon and Jimi Hendrix, and is probably the most renowned jazz and blues organist ever. On his way to the WDR-Rockpalast, he is coming to us in the Elbtalaue with his charming daughter and band.
And then there are Two Wooden Stones! A band that sets the bar very high for everything that follows. Four young men with a sense of touch and a knack for rock – at the highest level without pretensions.

Oh, and I almost forgot, Torfrock of course. The guys, or should I say the gentlemen, are coming on October 29th and will probably make the hall shake.
But don’t worry! Preparations are in full swing. As you can currently see between Lauenburg and Bleckede, we are having a sufficiently sized beer line laid to us. Our merchandise team is scouring all the junkyards in Northern Germany to offer headrest covers in faux fur as suitable headgear for the concert.
After the concert, the association invites you to the aftershow party.
Oh yes, the planned 30up Party on 08.10.2011 is canceled! The next one will take place on 12.11.2011!
