TITLE FIGHT's album "Shed" has frequently been at the forefront of album of the month discussions over the past few months (including Fuze Magazine). Visions reported: "Four kids from Kingston are claiming their stake on the punk rock throne" and awarded 9 out of 12 points. In December, the young punk/hardcore quartet will finally embark on a club tour to present their album produced by Walter Schreifels (Gorilla Biscuits, Rival Schools) live.

After a handful of singles and EPs on small labels, Title Fight released their debut album “Shed” in early May on Sideonedummy Records. “We had been together as a band for 7 years and this is the first time we’ve recorded an album with more than 7 minutes of runtime,” explains bassist & singer Ned Russin. For the job behind the controls, they enlisted producer and Gorilla Biscuits/Quicksand mastermind Walter Schreifels, who not only provided the final touches to the album but also showed enthusiasm for the quality of the 12 tracks on “Shed” beforehand and immediately agreed, “because Title Fight plays the punk rock of Lifetime in the guise of today’s times.”
With the Hot Water Music-esque “27” or the old-school feeling in “You Can't Say Kingston Doesn't Love You,” the band impressively demonstrates that they are not only among the best live bands but also some of the most versatile representatives of their genre. However, the most important thing for Russin remains the fact that “Shed” will be a Title Fight album and you can hear that.” Title Fight will give a taste of the tour on August 19 with their performance at the Area4 Festival (alongside Face To Face, Hot Water Music, and many more).
