Because the Swedish superstar Håkan Hellström took Timo as a sidekick, which brought the little Swedish-Finnish-Indian boy into the spotlight.
Artistically, however, Timo was less satisfied and soon walked his own solo path.
And there, he has been making an extremely good impression for five successful albums now.

Timo likes to walk on thin ice. That’s where he feels most comfortable.

And it’s worth it.
Because in his homeland, he is now also a star solo, live, on the radio, in print and online media, and on TV.
The new work shows Timo to be somewhat more introspective and even a bit more relaxed (which is hard to imagine for that fidgety guy).
He lets us take a look into his innermost self on "The Anatomy Of Timo", not exhibitionistically or seeking attention, but with the disarming honesty of an exceptional artist.
