One Nine Nine Four was supposed to be a documentary about the birth, growth, and peak of punk rock in the 1990s. A lot of footage and audio material had already been collected, interviews conducted, and the whole thing assembled into an almost finished film. However, the creators lacked the necessary funds for the final touches, which is why not much was heard about the documentary after two public previews. The last update on the Facebook page reads, "alright fuck it, i'm working on a way to make this free for you all."
It seems that this has now at least been accomplished. The over 80-minute film has recently been made publicly available on YouTube. If you prefer to download the file, you can do so on Dropbox: dl.dropbox.com/u/65826173/1994_screeningcopy.avi.
