Japanese Fighting Audio Plays Are Coming to an End

Now it has happened, the Japanese Fighting Audio Plays will soon no longer exist. They don’t reveal why, just what will follow until the end. This is a final album as well as a big farewell tour with only two stops so far:

We actually wanted to break up via SMS, but we don’t have your numbers. So here it is short and painless:

jaka is calling it quits.

Yes, you heard right, we are disbanding. What a shame. But come on, 13 years of jaka is enough!

We will play our last show on January 29 in Munich. Come by! It’s the very last time we’ll make fools of ourselves in front of you. Speaking of fools: KAPUTTE NACKTE AFFEN is therefore our farewell album. Coincidentally also our zenith.

Our label unundeux will continue to exist. At the end of January / beginning of February, alongside our monkey record, the split EP by ALL FALLS DOWN and REANIMA will be released, maybe soon the new PHOBIATIC (we would think it’s awesome, Robert!), hopefully soon the new EISENVATER and surely some other hot future music.
