The JUZ Papestraße in Essen is threatened with closure. If local politicians have their way, the youth center will be shut down. The venue serves as a location for the Filled With Hate festival and has built a good reputation in the Ruhr area over the years when it comes to punk and hardcore concerts. On June 30, the city will decide on the future of JUZ Papestraße. Just before that, on June 27, there will be a benefit event to save the JZE with a colorful program and an evening concert featuring SS-Kaliert, Fallbrawl, and Embraced By Hatred.
