Finally, the state is taking action against fascist symbols on the internet. It's just a shame that they have caught the antifascist band SS-Kaliert in the process. Because their band logo is said to resemble the Siegrune, the five will stand trial on November 6th. A concert has been quickly organized for this Friday, with the proceeds intended to cover costs in case of a loss. Should justice prevail, the ticket price will be reduced to a minimum or generous free beer will be served.

With help from AK47 in Düsseldorf, the guys from SS-KALIERT have organized a concert on the evening of their trial. For those who don't know what this trial is about, more information can be found here:

The trial will take place at the Duisburg District Court at 9:30 AM and is open to the public!
Friday, November 6, 2009, start: 8:00 PM at AK47 in DÜSSELDORF
Performing:
VERSAUTE STIEFKINDER (members of ssk + original VSK singer)
+ PESTPOCKEN
SS-KALIERT will NOT perform that evening, but all band members will be present...
Please come in large numbers to the trial in the morning and support the band wherever you can!!!
We also ask you to follow the whole event relatively sober & above all peacefully, as drunken riot actions by the band on that day will not really help.
No matter how the trial turns out, let's all celebrate peacefully together and maintain a peaceful atmosphere at the concert, as we certainly do not want one of the coolest places for punk rock in Germany to be held accountable for state repression...
Thank you in advance,
your loving
- SS-KALIERT!
