On June 26 of last year, the city handed the officials of the Jugendzentrum St. Ingbert the termination notice for their current premises. Since then, they have only been offered a basement hole without daylight and a completely unsuitable building on the outskirts as a replacement. It seems that the goal is rather to get rid of the JUZ altogether. The reasoning for the termination, that a music school is supposed to move into the dilapidated building, sounds more like a bad alibi. Music can be made there even without a school, as proven on July 24 and 25 by Contienda Libertad and Die Bilanz, along with many other illustrious bands. Two days of Juz Bleibt Festival for six euros, with the hope of preserving a place for the youth in St. Ingbert.
