With "Smooth", the only Dub track on the new album, not only is a central sound of the group addressed, but the current geopolitical situation is also thematized and processed by songwriter Aljoscha Thaleikis: "Smooth is about the current crisis in Ukraine and other countries around the world. It’s about people who have no other choice and are forced to leave their country, while here in Germany, more and more people are being incited against refugees".
Impressively portrayed in the accompanying video, which comes from video artist Alex Zatserkovnyi, who hails from affected crisis areas.
